  1. How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking at least two to three weeks ahead, especially for weekend events. For peak periods — long weekends, festive season, special occasions — four to six weeks is ideal. That said, if you have something last-minute in mind, reach out and we'll do our best.

  2. Do you travel outside Perth?

    Absolutely. We're Perth-based but available for events across Western Australia — Margaret River, the South West, Swan Valley, and beyond. A small travel fee may apply for regional bookings.

  3. What's included in a bespoke cocktail event?

    Everything. Premium spirits, fresh ingredients, all glassware, tools, garnishes, an individually curated cocktail menu, and of course Adam as your personal host for the evening. You provide the venue and the guests — we take care of the rest.

  4. Who hosts the event — is it always Adam?

    Yes. Every Drinks Experience is personally hosted by Adam Keane. That's what makes it different — you're not getting a hired bartender, you're getting a nationally recognised craftsman with over 30 years of passion and knowledge.

  5. Is there a non-alcoholic option for guests who don't drink?

    Absolutely. We can include beautifully crafted non-alcoholic cocktails as part of the experience. Everyone deserves to feel included and enjoy something special.

  6. How do I confirm a booking and what's the payment process?

    It starts with a conversation. Text or email Adam to discuss what you have in mind. Once we've agreed on the details, a deposit secures your date with the balance due prior to the event. Simple, straightforward, no fuss.
